• Where do you deliver?

  For short-term hire (less than 12 months), we deliver from the Sunshine Coast to Tweed Heads. For long-term hire (12 months or more), we deliver across Australia’s east coast.

  If you’re buying, we ship nationwide. Freight costs are calculated at your first quote.

• Can you deliver same-day?

  Yes, often in South East Queensland and bordering regions. Contact us for a same-day quote on 07 5596 5777 or request one online, and we’ll let you know if we can get equipment to you today.

• Do I need a forklift license?

  Yes. Anyone operating the equipment needs the appropriate license or certification. In Australia, that means operators must hold a High Risk Work (HRW) licence or equivalent training certification for the specific equipment type.

  We assume your team is already trained and licensed. If you’re unsure about licensing requirements for your state or equipment type, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

• Can I use my own attachments?

  Absolutely. You can supply your own attachments, or we can fit one from our range. Either way, our team inspects and ensures the attachment is fitted correctly and safely before you take the equipment. This saves you money if you already own the attachments you need, and gives you flexibility if you prefer to use your own equipment. Just let us know at the quote stage so we can confirm compatibility with the machine you’re hiring.

• What happens if something breaks down after hours?

  Call our after-hours emergency number on 07 5596 5777. We can arrange emergency callouts for breakdowns outside our standard hours (6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday).

  Response times and any associated costs will depend on the nature of the breakdown and your location, so when you call, we’ll discuss what’s needed and what we can do. For critical breakdowns that can’t wait, we’re here to help get you back up and running.

• How long does it take to get a quote?

  We aim to get back to you same-day with pricing and availability. Quotes include delivery costs (if applicable), attachment options, hire duration, and any other specifics you’ve mentioned. Once you’ve got your quote, you can hire immediately if everything looks good (no long approval processes or unnecessary delays).
